Align and Slow Flow-  Focus will be placed on sustaining correct alignment in yoga postures while working through a variety of creative slow flow sequences designed to increase strength, breath awareness, and flexibility. A full spectrum yoga class for  all levels of experience! Notice how your practice improves as you align and flow slow!

All Levels Vinyasa-  A fun and creative yoga class great for all levels of yoga experience.  Vinyasa yoga links breath with movement. Move or “flow” from one pose to another in sequence, on an inhale or an exhale. This class mixes vinyasa flow with deeper stretch postures, inversions, balancing poses, and backbends. A unique class each time!

Flow After Five - Transition from day to night by coming to your mat and flowing with energy and light to wind down your evening just in time for dinner!

Gentle Yoga - This gentle yoga class is designed to revitalize and restore your body, calm the mind, increase energy, and reduce stress. For beginners; people with back, joint, or heart problems, or experienced students who want a slower paced, less strenuous class.

Lunch Flow  This class provides the pick-me-up you need on your lunch break! This is an invigorating and fun class! All Levels.

Morning Vinyasa  Vinyasa yoga links breath with movement. Move or “flow” from one pose to another in sequence, on an inhale or an exhale. This class mixes fast flow with deeper stretch postures, inversions, and bakcbends. Great for any level of yoga practice!

Power Flow  This class is a mix of intermediate Vinyasa, arm balance, and inversion practice! Deep Flow encourages us to powerfully and playfully explore ourselves and our yoga practice on a deeper level. A fun and challenging class!

Yin Yoga - Yin yoga brings soothing balance to our bodies and into our busy lives with the use of longer holds and slow, meditative movements. Classes focus on holding seated and floor postures for 3–5 minutes. These longer holds gently apply tension and therapeutic compression to joints and connective tissues. This creates space and freedom in areas that cannot be easily accessed through our more vigorous muscular stretches. Yin Yoga is gentle enough for any level of yoga experience.

Yoga Basics - Get back to basics in this 60 minute class that will introduce you to yoga poses, yoga vocabulary, proper alignment, and breath work!  Build the fundamental blocks of your yoga practice in this workshop-structured class, get your questions answered, and learn how to safely and correctly move through yoga asana (poses), preventing injury, building strength & flexibility! This class is designed for beginners and open to yogis of all levels!

Thai Yoga Therapy is a beautiful healing practice of hands-on energy work consisting of a series of interactive, flowing movements, stretches, stimulation of energy points and meridians performed by the practitioner as the recipient rests comfortably clothed on a supportive mat. Many describe Thai Yoga Therapy sessions as a deeply meditative experience, resulting in a profound release from mental and physical stress.  Thai Yoga Therapy is now being offered at NoDa Yoga.  Please contact Carrie at info@CarrieWilliamsYoga.com to discuss your individual needs or set up a session.
