    Personal Assists during class: We now offer a personal assistant for $50 per class. A certified yoga instructor will work with you personally throughout your class. Assists for every posture to help create safety and space within your body.
    Private Yoga Sessions with a NoDa Yoga Instructor: $75 Per hour/Single $130 Per hour/Double. Deepen your practice with a one-on-one session with our registered yoga instructors. Email [email protected] to book an appointment.
