All Levels Vinyasa

Flow After Five & Namaste Night
Both of these $6 classes are held at 530pm for you to enjoy! Transition from day to night by coming to your mat and flowing with energy and light to wind down your evening just in time for dinner!
Namaste Night is a fun way to play in the Noda neighborhood! This class is an upbeat vinyasa exploration. After class, head across the street to our friends and partners at Growler's Poorhouse for yoga inspired food & drink specials - just for the students at Noda Yoga!
Cardio Inspired Yoga
Cardio Inspired Yoga is an upbeat class infused with elements of deep stretch. This class is designed to raise and lower your heart rate by following interval-style methods. Typically, class has 3-4 primary Vinyasa segments with deep stretch pauses between each segment. The final 15-20 minutes of class are dedicated to deep stretch yoga poses to aid in a smooth cool down. This class is a chance to have fun while getting an energy boost to start your day!
Gentle Yoga / Restorative Yoga
Gentle Yoga is designed to revitalize and restore your body, calm the mind, gently increase energy, and reduce stress. This is an excellent class style for students who want a slower paced, less strenuous class, and for students who may be starting out in their yoga practice. (Open to All Levels of Experience)
Gentle / Restorative Yoga can allow for complete rest or restoration to calm the nervous system, regulate the breath, without intense physical exertion. This class is a combination of restorative postures weaved into a more gentle yoga practice. The restorative asanas (postures) will be completely supported by props (bolster, blocks, blankets, sandbags and straps) to allow the body to rest, relax and rejuvenate. Restorative practice typically moves through a series of postures that includes all six movements of the spine to promote spinal health as well.
Restorative Yoga achieves a communication between body and mind that allows for a deep muscular release as the body is able to hold a shape without exerting muscular effort.
Lunch Express (50 minutes)
Lunch Express These fun lunch-time classes are 50 minutes long so you can zip in and out in time to catch your next meeting!
Lunch Express classes are designed for all levels of experience and follow a vinyasa (flow) sequence different each day. Class may include time for some deep stretch poses, inversions and/or backbends too! Enjoy some "soul food" for lunch!
Power Flow & Heated Flow
Power Inspired: This class is a fun take on traditional "power yoga". Inspired by a mix of Vinyasa, arm balance, and inversion practice! Power-Inspired encourages us to playfully explore our yoga practice on a deeper level. Draw inner strength and power from this fun class!
Heated Flow blends power-inspired movements and increases the temperature of the room to approximately 85 degrees to help promote detox. A great way to energize and sweat!
Slow Flow / Deep Stretch
Slow Flow & Deep Stretch classes have a focus placed on sustaining correct alignment in yoga postures while working through a variety of slower moving sequences designed to safely increase strength, breath awareness, and flexibility. A full spectrum yoga class for all levels of experience! Notice how your practice improves as you align and flow slow! Slow flow will be broken up in to longer deep stretch holds at various intervals throughout the class. (All Levels)
Yin Yoga brings soothing balance to our bodies and into our busy lives with the use of longer holds and slow, meditative movements. Classes focus on holding seated and floor postures for 3–5 minutes. These longer holds gently apply tension and therapeutic compression to joints and connective tissues. This creates space and freedom in areas that cannot be easily accessed through our more vigorous muscular stretches. Yin Yoga is gentle enough for any level of yoga experience.
Yoga Basics (Workshop Series Only. Please See Workshops Tab to Register)
Get back to basics in this 60 minute class that will introduce you to yoga poses, yoga vocabulary, proper alignment, and breath work! Build the fundamental blocks of your yoga practice in this workshop-structured class, get your questions answered, and learn how to safely and correctly move through yoga asana (poses), preventing injury, building strength & flexibility! This class is designed for beginners and open to yogis of all levels!
Gentle Yoga for Back Care
Yoga for Back and Shoulders explores range of motion, strength building, and stretching that will inform the back body and shoulders. Open to any level of experience, this therapeutic focus on muscles of the3 back, neck and shoulders will help to provide with relief and relaxation!
Yoga for Athletes
Yoga for Athletes focuses on the needs of an active body and mind. The class begins with a gentle warm up and moves into a stabilizing slow flow sequence to build heat. Once the body is warm, class slows down and transitions into gentle and restorative postures. These still postures allow the body to recover and be fully supported while gravity does the work, and stillness creates focus and body awareness for the student both on and off the mat. Open to all levels of yogis.
Chair Yoga (Offered as Workshop Only. Please See Workshops Tab to Register)
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga can help to relieve pain, gently increase strength and balance, and improve concentration while supporting the body safely through yoga poses. Chair yoga is an excellent yoga therapy option for those who have experienced:
