  • Flow

    All Levels Flow: Fun and creative yoga classes great for all levels of yoga experience. Vinyasa yoga links breath with movement. Move or “flow” from one pose to another in sequence, on an inhale or an exhale. This class mixes vinyasa flow with deeper stretch postures, inversions, balancing poses, and backbends. A unique class each time! (Open to all levels of experience) 

    $10 Karma Flow: Similar to an All Levels Flow class, but offered at a discounted rate! (Open to all levels of experience) 

    Pay What You Can - All Levels Flow:  Similar to an All Levels Flow class, but offered at a rate that is accessible to all!  Simply 'pay what you can' for each class.  Members can utilize their package for these classes too!  (Open to all levels of experience) 

    Morning Flow: Now offered at 6:00am! Your morning body moves differently - and has different needs - than your evening body. This yoga class is designed to offer just the right movement to your body in the morning. This class mixes an upbeat vinyasa flow with slower deep stretch postures, soft inversions, and gentle backbends.... it's the yoga breakfast of champions! (Open to all levels of experience) 

    Warm Flow: Add a little heat to your practice with this class that blends power-inspired movements and increases the temperature of the room to approximately 85 degrees to help promote detox. A great way to energize and sweat!


  • Slow Flow, Deep Stretch, Yin

    Slow Flow classes have a focus placed on sustaining correct alignment in yoga postures while working through a variety of slower moving sequences designed to safely increase strength, breath awareness, and flexibility. Notice how your practice improves as you align and flow slow! (Open to all levels of experience) 

    Yin Yoga brings soothing balance to our bodies and into our busy lives with the use of longer holds and slow, meditative movements. Classes focus on holding seated and floor postures for 3–5 minutes. These longer holds gently apply tension and therapeutic compression to joints and connective tissues. This creates space and freedom in areas that cannot be easily accessed through our more vigorous muscular stretches. Yin Yoga is gentle enough for any level of yoga experience. (Open to all levels of experience).  

    Deep Stretch is ideal for anyone feeling "stiff" and looking to improve flexibility, whether from a sedentary workday or recovering from a vigorous workout.  This class begins with some brief movement to warm up the body prior and then transitions to floor postures that are held for extended periods of time (usually 1-2 minutes).  These well grounded floor poses remove strain from the skeletal structure and gently release tension in the muscles.  Because of the nature of long holds, this practice provides an excellent opportunity to develop quiet inner reflection and awareness of breath.  This class is appropriate for all levels of experience, and the slower pace makes for a great starting point for anyone new to the practice.

  • Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga

    Gentle Yoga is designed to revitalize and restore your body, calm the mind, gently increase energy, and reduce stress. This is an excellent class style for students who want a slower paced, less strenuous class, and for students who may be starting out in their yoga practice. (Open to all levels of experience) 

    In Restorative Yoga, postures are held for several minutes, fully supported by props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, sandbags), allowing you to find a meditative state to relax the mind and body.  All postures are on the ground allowing the body to rest, relax, and rejuvenate without any demands on the muscles.  Hands off assists are provided with the use of props.  This practice will meet you where you are emotionally and physically in a safe place.  (Open to all levels of experience) 

    Our Gentle / Restorative class is a restorative yoga class with gentle elements added throughout!  As in traditional Restorative Yoga, poses are held for several minutes, fully supported by props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, sandbags), allowing you to find a meditative state to relax the mind and body.  Nearly all postures are on the ground, which will allow the body to rest, relax and rejuvenate without any demands on the muscles.  Slower paced, less strenuous, Gentle Yoga movements will be incorporated throughout the practice to revitalize and restore your body, calm the mind, gently increase energy, and reduce stress. 

    Gentle Back Care explores range of motion, strength building, and stretching that will inform the back body and shoulders. This therapeutic focus on muscles of the back, neck and shoulders will help to provide with relief and relaxation! (Open to all levels of experience) 

  • Meditation

    Morning Meditation: Clear chakras and balance energy to start your day with clarity and wisdom. This class begins with a short reading, followed by a guided meditation. Feel free to bring a journal! (All levels welcome, even first timers!)

    Moving Meditation is designed to calm your weekend mind as you practice the art of being present in the moment. That is the gift meditation can bring. Start your day with gentle movements that will wake you up, or rest quietly on a mat as the class meditates on an encouraging reading. A guided meditation will float you into the final rest (savasana).

    Our meditation classes are open to all levels of experience, including first timers!

  • Hatha Yoga & Affirmation

    Hatha Yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on the physical body while holding postures for several breaths. This practice builds physical strength through breath awareness to prepare for contemplation and meditation. Each posture corresponds with an affirmation, or words of encouragement, to create a balance between effort and ease. In the stillness, you will feel peace and balance and will leave this class feeling energized and rejuvenated! (This class is appropriate for all levels).

  • Chair Yoga (Offered as Workshop Only. Please See Workshops Tab to Register)

    Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.  Chair yoga can help to relieve pain, gently increase strength and balance, and improve concentration while supporting the body safely through yoga poses.  Chair yoga is an excellent yoga therapy option for those who have experienced:

    • Body Injury / Mobility Limitations
    • Joint Pain & Arthritis
    • Spine Injury
    • Fibromyalgia
    • Hip/Shoulder Replacemment
