    NoDa Yoga is excited to offer $5 Yoga Classes for Veterans through our Military Yoga Scholarship funded by the students and teachers of the NoDa Yoga community.  All levels welcome.  If you are interested in trying a class, please email jillian@nodayoga.com

  • Free Yoga for Veterans and Military Families!

     

    Join us the first Sunday of each month at 8 am for a free yoga class with our friends Team RWB and Veterans Bridge Home.  This class is led by our very own Erin Finger, an Afghanistan war veteran, and is designed to revitalize and restore the body, calm the mind, gently increase energy, and reduce stress.  Mixing breath awareness, mindful movement, and deep stretch postures this class is a great way to increase flexibility and repair muscles.

    This class style is excellent for all levels of experience, especially students who want a slower-paced, less strenuous class, and for students who may be starting out in their yoga practice.
